Move Out Policy
Notice: Please remember a 30 day move out notice must be provided via email to southernpines@statestoragegroup.com with your intent to vacate the unit. In the event a 30 day notice IS NOT provided the tenant will be responsible for the next months billing.
At the time of move out, please remember to completely empty the unit and to send a photo of the clean/empty unit to southernpines@statestoragegroup.com - Pursuant to your storage agreement tenants are responsible for rent until the unit is 100% clean, emptied and photos provided.
